Sheila Henry has practiced as a licensed marriage counselor since 1976.  During that time I have worked with many individuals and groups helping them achieve their goals. I realize that most people are interested in cutting to the chase, working directly on their goals without spending lots of time on irrelevant background issues.  Some background material is important, because people tend to repeat certain patterns of behavior over and over again.  I help my clients to identify and change these patterns to achieve their goals and improve their lives. 

Since 1976, I have studied continually to target the techniques that best help to illicit change.  I focus on the fastest, most effective way to help each individual. 

Due to these difficult economic times, I have instituted drop-in groups at only $10 per session.  These groups are typically small with time for individual attention. On the other hand, there is a benefit to listening to and sharing with others.  Please call and make a reservation.
