I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and anxiety, to achieving their goals and to getting more joy out of life. I work with clients to accentuate their strengths. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help them attain the personal growth and greater happiness that they’re striving for.
Individual Appointments Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM
Create More Happiness ONGOING Group: Mondays 6 to 7:30 PM
Some Saturday all day Workshops (Call for information)
